What a fun project this was creating the custom branding and Showit website for this fabulous wedding photographer! I'm so excited to show you guys Ashley Mac's new brand and website! Ashley is a wedding photographer based in central New Jersey who is CRAZY TALENTED! I have loved getting to know Ashley through our project. I found myself wanting to just chit chat with her during our meetings because she's so much fun to talk to. Through working with her, I got a glimpse into why all of her clients adore her so much as a photographer!
Before our project, Ashley's brand and website hadn't been updated in years. The look didn't reflect who her ideal client was any more or her skill level. This is SUCH a common occurrence. As your business grows, you often need a rebrand to make your visuals and messaging grow with it!
Her new brand and website reflect her personality, skill level, and services super well. She's set up now with a brand and website to grow with her for years to come and to attract even more brides and grooms to her photography services! 😉
Some of my favorite features of her website are:
- The testimonials page: If you listen to my podcast and heard episode 22 about using testimonials in your marketing, then you know I used to HATE testimonial website pages. I'm all about putting your testimonials throughout your entire website and marketing. But, I've recently grown to love these "testimonial pages" as it's such a great credibility factor for your business. Ashley's page is really fun — it has a mix of long quotes, short quotes, images, places she's been featured, and so much more.
- The about page: It's just bursting with her personality, which I always LOVE! There's even a fun "this or that" section that is super cool.
- The "Just for Brides" menu: If you're a bride-to-be that lands on Ashley's site, you'll have an option to get your very own menu where Ashley shows you to the links that are most important for you as a bride! Go to her site to check it out, just click the "Are you a bride?" button in the navigation!

What's your favorite part of your new website?
"My favorite part of the website is all the fun quotes and descriptions Elizabeth used to describe me and my site. I am not a person of words, and Elizabeth wrote words better and designed better than I could have ever expected."
How do you think this updated look will impact your business and business growth?
"I hope this new website will give me higher quality clients and a quicker turnaround with bookings. I expect it to answer questions for clients and let them get to know me. I think that by browsing the site, they'll fall in love with my work and me and book me right away — well the ideal client! ; )"
"Elizabeth was efficient and great to work with! She made the branding and website design process painless. I definitely was dreading it, but she made it a fun, great process! I LOVE my website and hope my clients love it as much as I do. I think it represents me and my brand perfectly. I feel Elizabeth went above and beyond and would definitely recommend her over and over again!"
