We have only done off-season stays, but you can pay a little extra to use your membership days for ON season stays. The off-season deals helps the pricing stays so good — and for our family, it's actually a perk. 30A with fewer crowds? We'll take it every time!!
When can you stay?
Nope! No buy-in, no multi-year contract, no high-pressure sales meeting. You join because you want to and stay because you love it.
Is Live Well a time share?
Yes! Use them all at once or spread them across different getaways throughout the year. You only have to pay house keeping fees each time. We personally are splitting our nights between 3 trips in 2026.
Can I split my nights across multiple trips?
So much! We've used ours for pack-n-plays, a baby gate, a high chair, a beach wagon, and golf cart rental. You can also use them for stocked fridges, beach chairs, Jeep rentals, pontoon use, and more. For families with little ones especially, this is worth its weight in gold for freeing up car or air flying space!
